Complete renovation of an existing Assisted Living & Memory Care facility. The renovation includes all public areas including: Bistro, parlor room, activity rooms, dining rooms, theater rooms, salon, lobbies, corridors, as well as renovation of selected resident units. Scope includes all new millwork, flooring, lighting, Wallcoverings, appliances, fixtures, as well as new concrete and site work on exteriors, repainting of all exteriors, and new building façade improvements. The existing facility holds 100 resident units.
