Finestra Lofts

Finestra Lofts is a mixed-use residential and commercial development located in the heart of Little Italy, the vibrant urban village in downtown San Diego. This five-story urban infill project is comprised of eight luxury condominium units and a commercial live-work space, which currently houses an art gallery. The condominiums range from 1,146 SF to the 2 top floor units, which are over 1,800 SF, with vaulted ceilings and bay views. The subterranean concrete parking structure is accessed via Auto Lift, one of San Diego’s only automotive elevators.
