Double Tree by HILTON – Hilo Hawaii

The Naniloa Resort and Hotel was once considered the gem of Hilo, Hawaii and was the choice for lodging, restaurants, and entertainment to both locals and visitors. The resort is currently under redevelopment, to bring renewed tourism and excitement to the property. The $27,000,000 renovation will include 389 newly appointed and constructed guest rooms, a Willie K concert venue, a new restaurant, an upgraded golf course, and new common areas, including two new bars. Molinar was retained to perform the property condition report and lead the architectural redesign effort.
