Courtyard by Marriott – Waikiki Hawaii

This project, developed as the Wyland Waikiki (now the Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach), is a 401-room boutique hotel in Honolulu Hawaii. The hotel’s marine theme is based on the sea life artwork of Robert Wyland.
The $12,000,000 renovation included all 401 guestrooms as well as the addition of a new restaurant and bar, fitness center, business center, and a state-of-the-art water-themed lobby.
