Foothill Center
Foothill Shopping Center was as an underperforming center no longer meeting the needs of the market. The center was redesigned with the demolition of the vacant anchor building and adjacent shops building making way for a new 64,000 square foot Albertsons grocery store. In this center remodel the architect and the contractor needed to work as a team phasing the project in order to maintain the customer access to existing tenants, including finding out of the box solution to ADA accessible path, parking constraints, new government landscaping and site lighting standards.
